- Service fees are to be paid in advance.
- Acceptance of these terms must be completed, and accompany payment before distribution can commence.
- Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your brochures are displayed at all times, no responsibility can be taken due to circumstances beyond our control.
- The Informed Tourist retains the right to represent whoever it chooses, regardless of any existing contracts.
- If selected, The Informed Tourist will forward a distribution report to you, stating each outlet that received brochures, and any
relevant comments.
- Wherever possible, The Informed Tourist will provide a public relations function as an extra benefit. However, our primary concern is to distribute your literature.
- The Informed Tourist agrees to carry your brochures for a limited time, to replenish stocks that it deems necessary in only the hotels stated in the distribution list.
- It is now our policy to inform you in writing if your account falls behind any more than 90 days. You will then have 1 week to bring your balance to its correct amount. If your account is still outstanding after this time, your distribution will cease until all monies are paid in full, and you will be placed on our waiting list until another space becomes available.
- Casual contracts must pay three (3) months in advance.
- To cease distribution two (2) months notice must be given.
