G'day, I arrived in Australia in 1985, after spending a few years working in the local industry I started the Informed Tourist in 1989. I'm glad to say one of my first clients, Hawkesbury River Ferries, is still on board (excuse that pun). We now represent over 160 clients and distribute their information into over 600 outlets throughout the city. It's always a challenge balancing the needs of both the clients and the outlets, but as this is a primary marketing activity for our clients and an essential service for the outlets we don't have too many problems. Basically, it's a great business and we love it!!

Vietnamese background. Bilingual. Love to sleep in on the weekends if the Mrs allows of course. Enjoy quite a bit of gardening for relaxation and contemplation. I have a decade of hotel background working in the Housekeeping department for a short time then the rest in the Concierge department which I really enjoyed. Time for something new so been rescued away by Mark and Chris ( yeah, my new bosses). Time for a different type of punishment I suppose...?
